You can contact us anytime between 8am and 8pm 7 days a week. Please call the mobile number during the day and the home number in the evenings. We do try and answer all calls straight away, however our clients pets always come first and we won't leave them unattended so we can answer the phone.  Both of the numbers shown below have an answer-phone so please leave your name and number and we will call you back as soon as we can.

If your number is witheld and you are a new client, please repeat your number twice when you leave a message. There have been many times when the number given is incorrect or not clear enough and without your number being displayed on the screen, we can't call you back! 

If you have left a message with us in the past and we haven't called back,  this is probably the reason why!
